Lettings Team

Claire joined BMH 8 years ago and has since been a valuable member of our lettings team, overseeing new tenancies, house inspections, lettings valuations as well as the 'accounts side'.
Her array of substantial knowledge brands her a go-to for landlords and tenants alike, providing a warm, professional service whatever the query may be.
Building on her already vast range of experience, Claire has adapted accordingly to the changing 'lettings world' with regards to governing legislation. In response, Claire and her team attend regular training courses and webinars ensuring they are armed with the most up-to-date literature, ready to assist landlords in navigating their way through an ever-changing industry.
Claire has thoroughly enjoyed her time at BMH and says, "The lettings world can be at times 'challenging' but, our office really is a fabulous environment to work in, it's like having a second family and I wouldn't change any of it".
